Kathy graduated in Communications from the University of North Carolina.She has been recognized as one of the Top Realtors Nationally by Prudential including earning the Chairman's Circle Gold Award.

She and Andy raised 3 children who attended SC and NC schools and all graduated from Clemson University or the US Naval Academy.

Kathy has been a Real Estate Agent in the Upstate for over 10 years and holds a Brokers License in SC and NC. She is a member of the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson County MLSs in order to serve our clients better by understanding the buying and selling environment in the entire Upstate area.

Andy graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the US Naval Academy and from Clemson University with an MBA and holds a Brokers License in SC and NC.

He and Kathy lived in Charleston while he served in submarines. He has been very active in the community including serving in the Navy Reserves during which he was assigned a tour of duty in Afghanistan. He served as President of the Eastside YMCA Board of Directors and is currently on the Board of Advisors for Greenville Technical College.
